A performatic celebration including music, dance, theatre and visuals in one of the city’s oldest neighbourhoods.
Summer and the outdoors were at the heart of the previous edition of the Festival Internacional de Buenos Aires, FIBA, and will again be this year. The Festival will surprise neighbours with a performative party in front of the Museo de la Ciudad, in the neighbourhood of San Telmo. This will be a celebration featuring music, dance, theatre and visual art performances on the streets of one of the oldest and most traditional neighbourhoods of Buenos Aires, which has been a creative cradle of numerous independent theatre artists. Its cobbled streets, low-lying houses and historical buildings will serve as the perfect stage to travel through time. In addition, unique experiences in historical places such as pharmacy La Estrella and the bookshop Librería de Ávila will bring theatre to places where nobody has ever expected to find it.
